MIRAS Financial Company LLC has signed a Cooperation Agreement with Building Stroy Group LLC (ООО «БСГ»), establishing a framework for long-term cooperation in the development and promotion of financing solutions based on the principles of Islamic finance.
The cooperation aims to support the expansion of BSG’s market opportunities through MIRAS FC’s financial services and to promote greater awareness and accessibility of Islamic finance solutions.
Under the agreement, the parties will cooperate through the exchange of information, analytical and promotional materials, as well as the use of their respective communication and information resources to promote BSG’s products and MIRAS FC’s financial services.
The agreement also provides a framework for professional consultations and the development of mutually beneficial solutions in areas of common interest. Where specific projects, services, events or transactions require further cooperation, the parties may enter into separate agreements setting out the relevant terms and conditions.
The Cooperation Agreement reflects the parties’ shared commitment to developing mutually beneficial business relations while maintaining full independence in their respective business activities and complying with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
