For the first time, MB Bank and its subsidiary Miras Financial Company took part in the XIII International Economic Summit «Russia — Islamic World: Kazan Summit 2022» which was held in the Kazan Expo International Exhibition complex from May 19 to May 21, 2022, and answered questions of visitors concerning the bank’s services and Islamic financial activities.
A number of meetings were held with the heads of companies interested in banking services, including trade settlement processes between the Russian Federation and Iran, and Islamic finance.
Visitors were wowed by stunning Persian carpets, wonderful Iranian handicrafts, and a unique pavilion decoration in our booth which was visited by the special representatives of the President of the Russian Federation, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the Russian Federation and the accompanying delegations.
Likewise, the heads of the International Association of Islamic Business, the Russian Islamic University, the Secretary of the Ulema Council of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims in the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as many business entrepreneurs from Russia and Iran paid a visit to our booth.
The booth of MB Bank JSC and Miras Financial Company LLC won the first place among all the Summit participants for the Best Educational Project nomination.
